Breakout Session Fields

How Breakout Session Fields are useful in EventNook's Registration System

Breakout Session fields in EventNook allows registrants to indicate interest in breakout tracks during registration and are ideal for events with multiple tracks or parallel sessions. These fields come in two formats:

• Radio List – displays all options at once, attendees select one

• Dropdown List – compact format with a dropdown selection, attendees select one or more

Simply click the edit icon and customise as shown below:

• Set the name of each breakout session along with a description if necessary

• Set the quantity limit for each breakout session by adjusting the capacity

This feature is perfect for scenarios like:

• Segmenting attendees into interest areas (e.g. Business Talk, Design Talk, IT Talk)

• Planning room capacity based on interest
