Custom Form Fields Overview

EventNook allows you to fully customize your registration form using a variety of field types to capture different kinds of attendee information. Here's a quick guide to each field type:

  • Single Line Text: For short text entries like names or job titles.

  • Multi-Line Text: For longer responses, such as comments or special requests.

  • Multiple Choice: Attendees select one option from a list using radio buttons.

  • Checkboxes: Allows multiple selections from a list of options.

  • Dropdown: A compact list where attendees choose a single option.

  • Info Paragraph: Non-input field used to display static information or instructions.

  • Group Header: Organizes form sections with a heading for more clarity and aesthetic appeal.

  • Horizontal Line: Visually separates different sections of the form.

  • CountryList: A predefined dropdown of countries for consistent data entry.

  • Date: Allows users pick a date from a calendar picker.

  • File Upload (add-on): Allows attendees to upload documents (e.g., ID, resume).

By using breakout sessions, you help attendees personalize their event experience while collecting useful data for session management.
