Email - Allow and Deny Domain List
Allow and Deny Email Domain Lists in EventNook
EventNook offers an option to manage the registration of attendees using an Allow List and Deny List for email domains. These settings help event organizers control who can register for an event based on their email address domain.

Allow List
The Allow List is ideal for private or restricted events where you want to limit registrations to specific organizations. Attendees must register using an email from an approved domain (e.g., their business or organization email). For example, if you are hosting an event exclusively for employees of a certain company, you can allow only email addresses from that company’s domain (e.g., @company.com).
Deny List
The Deny List is useful for events where you want to block specific domains, such as personal email services or competitor domains. You can prevent registrations from domains like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or any other domains you choose. This feature helps ensure that only relevant participants are able to register, while keeping out competitors or unwanted attendees.
Where to Set It
You can configure both the Allow List and Deny List under the Email Field section of the registration form settings.
By utilizing these features, you can ensure better control over who can attend your event and maintain the exclusivity or privacy of your audience.
