🎯 What is EventNook Exhibitor Scan (as known as Lead Retrieval)?

Lead retrieval allows exhibitors or sponsors at your event to scan attendee QR codes and collect key attendee information, such as name, email, company, and more. This helps them follow up with potential leads after the event.

📱 How to Use the EventNook Exhibitor Scan App:

  1. Download the App

  2. Login Access

    • Exhibitors receive individual login QR codes or credentials from the event organizer to access their specific scan account.

  3. Start Scanning

    • Open the app and start scanning attendee badges.

    • The app captures the attendee’s registration info instantly.

  4. Add Notes

    • Exhibitors can add notes or tags to each lead (e.g., "Interested in Product A").

  5. View & Export Leads

    • Leads can be viewed in the app and exported for follow-up.

  6. Security

    • Each exhibitor’s access is scoped only to their leads. They cannot view other exhibitors' data.
