Download the App
Get the EventNook Exhibitor Scan App from the iOS App Store.
Login Access
Exhibitors receive individual login QR codes or credentials from the event organizer to access their specific scan account.
Start Scanning
Open the app and start scanning attendee badges.
The app captures the attendee’s registration info instantly.
Add Notes
Exhibitors can add notes or tags to each lead (e.g., "Interested in Product A").
View & Export Leads
Leads can be viewed in the app and exported for follow-up.
Security
Each exhibitor’s access is scoped only to their leads. They cannot view other exhibitors' data.
