Discount Codes Guide

The Discount Codes feature allows you to offer special pricing to attendees by providing unique codes that reduce ticket prices. This is useful for promotions, early bird discounts, VIP access, or group/company discounts.

Accessing Discount Codes

1. Log in to your EventNook account.

2. Go to AppV3 > Manage > Discount > Discount Code.

Why Use Discount Codes?

✔ Boost registrations – Encourage early sign-ups or special group purchases. ✔ Reward VIPs or loyal customers – Offer exclusive pricing to select attendees. ✔ Manage group discounts – Provide corporate or bulk purchase discounts easily.

How to Create a Discount Code

1. Click Create a Discount (for single-use codes) or Create Bulk Discount Code (for multiple users, e.g., a company-wide discount). For more information on bulk uploading discount codes, refer to Bulk Uploading Invitation Codes.

2. Enter the Discount Code (e.g., VIP10, EARLYBIRD)

3. Set the discount amount or percentage.

4. Select the ticket types the code applies to.

5. Set any usage limits (optional, e.g., max redemptions per code).

6. Click Save to activate the discount.

Once created, share the discount code with attendees. They can enter it during checkout to receive the discounted price.
