Go to Event Settings in your EventNook dashboard.
Navigate to the Multi-Session option.
Create each session by typing in the Session ID and Session Name.
For example: Welcome Party, Breakout Session 1, Master Class
You can also assign specific ticket types to each session to ensure only eligible attendees can access particular sessions.

Step 2: Apply Additional Criteria for Attendance Eligibility for a Session
You can set up specific eligibility criteria to ensure that attendees only access the activities that match their ticket types or registration preferences. EventNook allows you to customize each session with the following options:
Ticket Type Filtering: For example, if you are creating a session (E.g., “Master Class Session”) that is only available or entitled for Conference Delegates, you can apply the eligible ticket types to the session. The session app will show invalid ticket when you scan a QR Code of non-eligible ticket passes.
Form Field Selection Criteria: If your event includes breakout sessions and attendees selected their preferred sessions during registration, you can filter check-in eligibility based on those selections. This ensures that attendees are only allowed to check in to the specific session they registered for in advance. This feature enables you to filter attendees using the values from specific registration form fields—such as Dropdown Lists, Multiple Choice options, or Breakout Session fields—to control and streamline session check-ins.
