How to use Attendee Category Field for Name Badge Printing

The Attendee Category feature in EventNook allows event organizers to classify guests into distinct groups such as Delegate, Exhibitor, Speaker, Media, Sponsor, and more. This is particularly useful when the ticket type does not directly reflect the category name you want to use for identification, reporting, or badge printing.

For example:

• A ticket type may be named “Conference Pass (1 Day)” or “Conference Pass (2 Days)”, but both ticket types should be categorized under Delegate for better organization.

• A ticket type "VIP Sponsor Pass" might need to be categorized as Sponsor for consistency in reports and badge printing.
