Badge Artwork Guide
How to prepare your badge design with Zebra Printer Printing Process
Zebra printers can print badges on cards or sticker labels but are single-sided only, meaning text will be printed on the front using a black ribbon.

Creating a Custom Badge Design in EventNook
Choose Badge Size Select a size, such as 4"x6" (full list below Badge Size Options for Zebra Printers).
Design the Artwork
Create a high-resolution design similar to a postcard or business card.
Layout spaces for attendee details like Name, Company, Category, and Table Number.
Leave enough blank space for these details.
Submit the Design
Submit the artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format, with vector files and bleeding for the best printing quality.
If you are using Canva, you can download PDF with high-resolution print quality.
Optional: Rounded Edges and Lanyard Holes
You can include these in the design for mock-up purposes, but the printing vendor will handle them in the final process.
