How to Use EventNook's Bulk Update (Bulk Edit) Feature
EventNook offers a Bulk Update (Bulk Edit) feature, allowing event organizers to quickly edit attendee data for multiple fields at once. This is especially useful for making changes such as assigning table numbers, tagging attendees, updating categories, or managing custom fields.
When to Use Bulk Edit
This feature can save you a lot of time when you need to update information for multiple attendees. For example:
Assigning table numbers for all attendees.
Updating attendees’ categories (e.g., VIP, Regular).
Adding or changing seat numbers.
Modifying custom fields such as dietary preferences or registration statuses.
How to Access Bulk Edit
To access and use the Bulk Edit feature, follow these steps:
Log in to the https://onsiteapp.eventnook.com.
From the dashboard, navigate to the event you want to manage.
Go to Manage > Bulk Edit.
Select the fields you wish to update (e.g., table number, attendee category, custom fields).
Enter the new data or make the necessary changes.
Save your updates.
Once completed, the system will automatically apply the changes to all selected attendees.
