How to Assign Table Numbers to Attendees in Your Event

For events that require assigning table numbers to each attendee, EventNook allows you to manage this easily through the Attendee Information. Here’s how you can set it up:

Steps to Assign Table Numbers:

  1. Enable the Table Number Field

    • Go to your event's Registration Form Settings in Your event.

    • Enable the Table Number field so that you can assign a table number to each attendee.

  2. Assign Table Numbers to Individual Attendees

    • Once enabled, you can manually assign table numbers to attendees in their registration details via View Attendees report.

  3. Bulk Update Table Numbers

    • If you need to assign or update table numbers for a large number of attendees at once, refer Bulk Edit Data
