Email To Orders
Email to Orders: A Guide to Customizing and Sending Email Blast to Orders
The Email to Orders feature in EventNook allows event organizers to easily send email blast with customized emails to all primary contacts of each registration or ticket buyer.
Options to Send to Different Groups
EventNook’s Email to Orders feature gives you the flexibility to communicate with specific groups of attendees based on the status of their orders. You can select from the following groups:
Approved Orders: Send emails to attendees whose orders have been confirmed.
Pending Orders: Target attendees whose registrations are still awaiting approval or payment.
Canceled Orders: Notify attendees in bulk whose orders have been canceled.
In addition, if you are handling Group Registrations, you can choose to CC other attendees included in the group registration to ensure they also receive important event details.
Customization Options

1. Email Display Name and Reply-To Address
Email From Name: Customize the display name that appears as the sender of the email. This is useful if you want to make sure your emails look more personalized, such as coming from "Global Innovation Summit Team" rather than a generic email address.
Reply To: Specify the email address where replies will be directed. This ensures that any follow-up queries from attendees are sent to the right contact.
2. Custom Subject Line
You can craft a subject line that includes personalized information using mail merge. For example:
Email Subject Example: Confirmed Guest - (#{{order.orderNo}}) - Global Innovation Summit This subject line will automatically pull the attendee’s order number into the email subject, making it relevant and personalized.
3. Custom Email Banner and Content
Custom Email Banner: Upload a custom banner at the top of your email to match the branding of your event. This is great for reinforcing your event's visual identity.
Custom Content: Tailor the body of the email with relevant details and personalized information. Use mail merge fields to insert details such as:
First Name: {{order.firstName}}
QR Code for check-in
Attendee Details, such as name, ticket type, and seat number
Registration Summary, providing an overview of the attendee's order
About Event section, where you can add key event details and schedules

Scheduling and Drafting Emails
You have flexibility in when to send out your emails:
Send Immediately: The email will be sent to the selected group right away.

Save as Draft: If you need more time to perfect your message, you can save your email as a draft and come back to edit it later.
