Ticket QR Code in Email

There are three options for adding a QR Code to the email. Guests can simply show the QR Code from the email to check in at the event.

1. Option 1) Standard Section - QR Code

2. Option 2) Standard Section - QR Code Ticket Information (First Name, Last Name and Email)

3. Option 3) Add QR Code in the Email Content

Option 1) Standard Section - QR Code

This option is suitable for simplicity, with a simple QR Code in the center of the email.

Option 2) Standard Section - QR Code Ticket Information (First Name, Last Name and Email)

This option is suitable to include a QR Code ticket with the guest details and ticket type.

Option 3) Add QR Code in the Email Content

You can use our QR Code ID mail merge field {{attendees.[0].issuedTicketCode}}to include the QR code in the email content. The image can be generated with our QR code generation tool https://qr.evnk.co/qr/get?v={{attendees.[0].issuedTicketCode}}
