Using Mail Merge in "Email to Attendees"
Mail merging in the Email to Attendees feature lets you personalize your emails by automatically inserting specific personalized information for each recipient, such as name, Lucky Draw Number, and QR Code ID. This creates a more engaging and customized experience while still enabling you to send mass emails efficiently.
What is Mail Merging?
Mail merging is the process of inserting dynamic fields (also known as placeholders) into your email that automatically fill in details like an attendee’s first name, event title, or their unique QR code. This ensures each attendee receives a personalized message without the need for manual customization.
Example of a Mail-Merged Email:
Hi {{firstname}},
Just a friendly reminder about the upcoming event - {{eventInfo.title}} this Saturday. It's going to be a blast, so make sure you don't miss out!
Please bring the QR Code below to enter the event:

Common Mail Merge Fields:
Here are a few useful mail merge fields you can include in your emails:
{{firstname}}: Inserts the attendee’s first name, making the email more personal.
{{eventInfo.title}}: Automatically includes the event title.
{{issuedticketcode}}: Adds the unique QR code for each attendee, which they can use for event check-in.
You can refer to and copy the mail merge fields to insert in the email, as shown in the picture below.

These placeholders will be replaced with actual data for each attendee when the email is sent.

Compose Your Email In the email body, include dynamic fields (placeholders) wherever you want personalized information. For example:

Preview the Email Before sending, use the Preview feature to see how the email will look with actual attendee details filled in.
Send or Schedule After customizing and previewing your mail-merged email, you can send it immediately or schedule it for later.
