Advanced Email Targeting

How to create Email Targeting with advanced filter

The "Email to Attendees" feature in EventNook allows you to send more personalized and targeted emails by applying advanced filtering options. This ensures your message reaches the right attendees, whether they are registered, checked in, or have a specific ticket type.

Attendee Groups to Target:

You can send emails to all attendees or focus on specific groups, such as those who have checked in or are still awaiting approval. Below are the options:

  • All Attendees: Email everyone registered. Best for general updates or announcements.

  • Approved Attendees: Only email confirmed attendees. Ideal for sending important event details or access instructions.

  • Pending Attendees: Target those awaiting approval. Great for sending registration reminders or follow-ups.

  • Cancelled Attendees: Email those who have cancelled. Useful for re-engagement or offering future event information.

  • Checked-In Attendees: Target attendees who have already checked in. Best for in-event updates or instructions.

  • Not Checked-In Attendees: Focus on those who haven’t arrived. Perfect for sending last-minute reminders or arrival details.

Ticket Holder Options:

You can further refine your email list by ticket type. For instance, if you need to send specific information to speakers or VIP attendees, you can do so easily.

  • All Ticket Holders: Email all attendees, regardless of ticket type.

  • Selective Ticket Holders: Target specific ticket types (e.g., VIPs, speakers) to send specialized content.

Additional Filtering:

  • Send by Email List: To target specific attendees, you can send an email blast to a particular list of email addresses. This method is beneficial for communicating with registered attendees on particular email lists. Ensure all email addresses belong to registered attendees; otherwise, they won't receive the message.

By using these filters, you can ensure that the right attendees receive relevant and timely information, enhancing their event experience and engagement.
