My Order Setting

The My Order Settings section lets you control how attendees manage their ticket orders.

Accessing My Order Settings

  1. Log in to EventNook.

  2. Go to Event Setting > Registration Setting > My Order Setting.

Available Functions & When to Use Them

1. Allow Self-Cancellation

✔ Attendees can cancel their own registrations. ✔ Best for flexible events with refund or cancellation policies.

2. Allow Self-Edit Registration

✔ Attendees can edit their registration details. ✔ Useful for correcting mistakes or updating information.

Upon clicking the 'View Registration' button, registrants are brought to this site where they can easily edit their information and cancel their registration:

3. Allow Request Resend Confirmation Email

✔ Attendees can resend their order confirmation email. ✔ Helpful for those who lost their confirmation.

4. Enable QR Code Ticket

✔ Displays a QR code ticket download link on the Thank You page. ✔ Ideal for events using QR code check-in.

How to Set Up

  1. Toggle on the functions you want to allow, as shown below:

  1. Save changes to apply settings.
