When sending emails such as Confirmation Email through EventNook, including personalized URLs can greatly enhance the experience for your attendees. These URLs allow attendees to quickly access important information and manage their orders without needing to contact your team for assistance.

EventNook’s confirmation emails support mail-merge tags, which means each link is automatically personalized with the registrant's event and order details. Below are some useful URLs you can add to your email templates:

URL will have mail-merge fields such as

  • Event Unique ID - {{eventInfo.eid}}

  • Order Unique ID - {{order.id}}

  • Order Number - {{order.orderNo}}

1. Manage Order (with OTP Verification)

Allows attendees to securely manage their registration—update details, cancel (if allowed), or access other order functions. Attendees will require to complete a two-factor OTP verification process via email to access or manage their registration.

2. View Order Summary

Provides a detailed, read-only view of the attendee’s order including tickets, information submitted, and payment summary.

Use Case: Useful when you want attendees to verify their order information without making edits.


3. View e-Ticket with QR Code

Lets attendees access and display their e-ticket and QR code directly.
