Capacity Control
EventNook allows you to set a capacity limit for each ticket type, giving you full control over how many attendees can register for specific categories.
This feature is useful when:
You have limited seats for a workshop or session
You're offering different access levels (e.g., VIP vs. General Admission)
You want to manage crowd size across multiple days or timeslots

🔧 How to Set Ticket Capacity
Go to your Event Setting > Ticket & Fee
Click Edit on a ticket type
Set the “Capacity” for that ticket
Save your changes
Once the ticket reaches its limit, it will automatically show as “Fully Booked” and will no longer be available for registration. The message "Fully Booked" can be customized as Sold Out or Registration Closed in Label and Text setting.
If you need to increase or adjust the ticket capacity, you can update it anytime — the changes will automatically be reflected in the ticket widget in real-time.
Q: What happens when my event tickets reach maximum capacity?
A: When your ticket sales hit the maximum capacity set, the registration page will remain accessible, but it will display a "Fully Booked" message. Attendees will no longer be able to register unless the waitlist feature is enabled.
If the waitlist is turned on, interested attendees can join the waitlist and will only be confirmed if you manually approve them or free up space through cancellations.
As an event organizer, you can still register attendees manually from the admin dashboard, even beyond the maximum capacity.
Q: How can I set a maximum capacity for the entire event across all ticket types? A: Yes, EventNook allows you to set a maximum capacity for the whole event, regardless of ticket types. This feature helps ensure that your total number of attendees does not exceed your event's overall limit. Currently, this setting is not available for self-configuration. To enable it, please contact the EventNook support team for assistance.
Q: How can I set a maximum combined capacity for selected ticket types (instead of the entire event)? A: This feature is currently not available. At the moment, you can set capacity limits individually for each ticket type, or set an overall capacity limit at the event level.
