How to Enable Group Registration in EventNook
EventNook allows you to enable group registration by adjusting the ticket settings to permit multiple attendees per order. This is especially useful for corporate events, workshops, or any event where attendees may want to register as a group.
Setting Up Group Registration
You can control group registration by setting the minimum and maximum quantity per order in your ticket settings. Here’s how to enable it:
Steps to Enable Group Registration:
Go to your Event Management Dashboard.
Navigate to Create Ticket or Edit Ticket.
In the ticket settings, locate the field for Min. and Max. Quantity per Order.
Adjust the min. and max. quantity to allow group registrations:
If the Max. Quantity per Order is set to more than 1, group registration is enabled.
For example, setting the max quantity to 5 allows up to 5 attendees to register together in one order.
If the Min. Quantity per Order is set to 2, the registrant must register at least 2 attendees. This can be helpful for team registrations or bulk ticket purchases.
Save your changes.
Example Scenarios
Max Quantity = 5: Allows up to 5 attendees to be registered in a single order.
Min Quantity = 2: Forces registrants to register at least 2 attendees in one transaction. For example, if the minimum is set to 2 and maximum to 5, registrants must register 2 to 5 people at once.
