How to Add the Invitation Code to a URL
To create a URL with an invitation code, you just need to add the code as a query parameter at the end of your event's registration URL.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Copy the Registration URL or Private URL
Find and copy the standard registration URL of your event. It will look something like this:
https://reg.eventnook.com/event/your-event-uniquename/registerStep 2: Add the Invitation Code to the URL
Once you have the registration URL, add the invitation code to the end of it by using this format as shown below:
?invitation=YOURINVITATIONCODEFor example, if your invitation code is VIPACCESS, the custom URL will look like this:
https://reg.eventnook.com/event/your-event-uniquename/register?invitationcode=VIPACCESSStep 3: Share the Custom URL
Now you can share this URL with your exclusive guests (e.g., Speakers, Media, VIPs). When they click the link, the invitation code will be applied automatically, allowing them to access the ticket type restricted to that code.
