In EventNook, you can customize your event microsite URL to create a more user-friendly and memorable link. A customized URL not only looks more professional but also makes it easier to promote your event.

Example of a Customized URL:

Instead of having a random unique ID in your URL, such as:

https://reg.eventnook.com/event/ed32370dde7043c389a4872a3da254b1

You can customize it to something more meaningful and easy to remember, like:

https://reg.eventnook.com/event/smartcitydemo

Steps to Customize Your Event Microsite URL:

1. Log in to EventNook Go to [https://www.eventnook.com/] and log in with your account credentials.

2. Navigate to Event Settings

   • From the dashboard, go to My Events and select the event you want to customize.

   • Click on Settings.

3. Go to Site URL Settings

   • In the settings menu, select Site URL.

4. Customize the URL

   • Under the Customize Site Unique URL section, enter your desired custom name.

   • Ensure the name is unique, easy to remember, and relevant to your event (e.g., "smartcitydemo" for a Smart City event).

5. Save the Changes

   • Click Save to apply your custom URL.

Your event microsite will now have a clean, customized URL that you can use for marketing and promotion.
