Login By QR Code
EventNook Kiosk provides a QR Code Scan fast login feature to access the Event check-in in 2 seconds, offering a quicker alternative to manual username and password login. This feature is especially useful for events with multiple check-in counters, as it does not require the hassle of typing username and password. You will not require to share the username and password to registration crew for better security and safety.

Step-by-step Instructions to Create a QR Login:
Go to https://onsiteapp.eventnook.com
From the main page, go to Manage My Event → Manage → Setting.
Generate QR Code:
Navigate to Setting → App Login QR, and click on +Create Login QR Code.
Enter Details:
Fill in your Counter ID and Passcode, then click on the Create button.
QR Code Creation:
Upon clicking Create, the system will generate a QR Code. You can adjust the expiry date in the box below and click Update to save the changes.
Login Using QR Code:
Once the QR Code is ready, simply scan it to log in to the EventNook Kiosk Check-in App.

Important Security Notes:
Safeguard the QR Code: To prevent unauthorized access, securely store and share the QR Code only with authorized personnel. Treat it like a password—avoid displaying or sharing it publicly, and ensure it is invalidated or disposed of after the event.
Compromised QR Code: If you suspect the QR Code has been compromised, it’s recommended to delete the QR Code in the backend immediately and create a new one to maintain security.
Set Expiry Date: For additional security, always set an expiry date for the QR Code to limit its usage to the event duration.
