Issuing e-Certificate to Attendees

If your event requires issuing e-certificates to attendees, EventNook offers a customized e-Certificate feature to make this process easy and professional. With this feature, you can send personalized digital certificates to your attendees via email — each with a unique download link.

What is the e-Certificate Feature?

The e-Certificate feature allows event organizers to:

  • Create personalized certificates using a custom background template.

  • Mail-merge attendee information such as full name, event name, and completion date.

  • Send certificates via bulk email with individual certificate links for each attendee.

📌 Note: This is a customized feature that needs to be set up by the EventNook team. Please contact us to enable this feature for your event.

Key Features

  • Custom Certificate Design Use your own branded certificate background (e.g. PDF or image format). EventNook will overlay personalized details like attendee name, event title, and more.

  • Mail-Merge Personalization Automatically populate each certificate with attendee-specific information.

  • Bulk Email Distribution Send certificates to all qualified attendees at once, each with a unique, secure download link.

  • Downloadable Format Attendees receive a link to view their e-certificate online.
