Attendees List Report

To view and manage your event's attendee onsite check-in report, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to EventNook Onsite App Go to [https://onsiteapp.eventnook.com/arrow-up-right] and log in with your account credentials.

  2. Navigate to Your Event From the Main Page:

    • Click on My Events.

    • Select your event from the list and go to the Dashboard.

    • Click Manage to access the event's management tools.

  3. Access the Attendees Report

    • In the Report Section, click on Attendees.

  4. Customize Your Report View

    • Use the Show Columns option to choose which information you want to display. You can tick or untick the columns to show or hide specific data (e.g., name, check-in time, ticket type) for easier navigation.

Export or Download the Attendees Data

  • To download a copy of the attendee information, click the Export button. You can export the report in various formats such as CSV or Excel for further analysis or record-keeping.

Search By Filter

If you have a large number of registered attendees, you can easily filter the list by:

  • Orders (e.g., view attendees based on order ID).

  • Tickets (e.g., filter by ticket type).

  • Check-in Status (e.g., view checked-in vs. not checked-in attendees).

  • Order Date (e.g., view attendees based on the date their order was placed).
